The 'Epson Scan' utility (which PP always used to pop up when I tried to scan anything) can be run independently to PP to create PDF files which I can then drag into PP. But when I open PP again it still insists it doesn't have a scanner. Proceeding thru the dialogs I receive a final dialog stating that the scanner has been associated with PP. If I run the external Scanner Setup Wizard it instantly recognised the 'Twain: EPSON BX305' device. When I attempt to scan PP pops up a dialog box entitled 'Available Scanners' - the list is empty. Both the scanner and PP work perfectly, but recently PP decided it no longer wanted to work with the scanner. I have PaperPort 12 Professional and am using an Epson Stylus BX305FW MFD. I’ve never had an issue with my files before and I’m not sure how a $69 piece of software is going to tell a $20,000 copier how to do its job better. They currently say the problem is with my files and I should “scan from PaperPort”. Their recommendation of re-installing the software (with ant-virus software turned off) didn’t solve the problem.

See attached screenshot of a 10x13 inch file which is now inexplicably 84x108 inches. When this happens, PaperPort has resized my image.
